We hope you enjoy our RV as much as we do traveling wherever our wanderlust takes us.Our rig has a large 11' living room dinette slide-out with large windows and higher than average ceilings that give you plenty of room inside! There is a flat-screen TV and DVD player. The dinette converts to a sleeper and above the cockpit is another bed.The rear bedroom has a queen bed, windows on both sides of the room, a wardrobe closet, and lots of cabinet storage. You'll have a private bath with toilet, roof vent w/ fan, vanity/sink, and a mirrored medicine cabinet with a glass-enclosed shower. The kitchen has a Dometic 2 door fridge/freezer, gas stove, micro and is stocked w/ pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, eating/cooking utensils, spices, oil, french press, tea kettle, etc.For dry camping there's an onboard Onan generator, roof-mounted A/C unit, gas furnace, and gas refrigerator. This class C Ford E450 is extremely easy to drive and you'll enjoy the comforts of your regular vehicle like power windows/steering/door locks. The exterior features a large patio awning, patio light, and tons of basement storage w/ pass-thru.This RV is well equipped with most items you will need however we do not provide any personal hygiene items.Liability, comp & collision insurance are required for your rental period. Our private policy will not cover you as a driver. We require a $500 refundable security deposit if the unit is returned in the same condition: clean inside & out, tanks emptied, etc. Any smoking in our RV will forfeit the security deposit entirely. We require an additional $100 security deposit and $50 pet rent if you'll be bringing pets. In the event we find potty accidents, chewing, scratching, etc during the after rental inspection the cleaning & repair costs may exceed the extra $100 deposit. Please ask for a customized quote if you are bringing a pet.Thank you for your interest. We look forward to helping you make life-long memories! What's includedFresh linens, extra pillows & blankets, towels & washcloths, cleaning supplies, septic safe toilet paper, extra toilet chemicals, picnic table, cooking & eating supplies.RecommendationsArizona has so much to offer for in and out-of-state travelers. Take a scenic hike in Sedona, drive-thru Bearizona Wildlife Park in Williams, admire the awesomeness of the Grand Canyon, ski at Snow Bowl in Flagstaff, visit the historical town of Tombstone, explore the BioDome in Tucson, camp at Country Thunder, stay at the track for NASCAR Cup Series; there are just a few of the things our family has enjoyed in our RV. Click on over to visitarizona.com for inspiration for your next vacation.Other things to notePick-up and drop-off times are between 8 am & 5 pm. Please contact me if you would like to set something up for outside of these hours, I can accommodate most requests :)Please ask for a customized quote if you are bringing a pet as I will need to adjust the security deposit.

Frequently asked questions
Q.
What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Pick-up and drop-off are between 8am - 5pm but please ask if you need to work outside of these hours because I can usually accommodate your request.
Our family camped a lot when I was growing up, it wasn't until I was 10 years old that we got our first motorhome. We took her to San Diego and stayed in a KOA right on the bay and my Dad hooked up a LOUD external speaker and would play "On the Road Again" every time we drove off. I still enjoy camping and RVing and love creating memories with my family that we'll remember decades from now. I'm a native Arizonian and I adore taking advantage of every bit this state has to offer.
