!!! BEWARE!!! - The vehicle itself is great, but not the experience with the owner. He reported “scratches and a dent” damage after returning the vehicle, claiming my $750 security deposit and filing and insurance claim, involving Outdoorsy support, dispute agents, and two insurance companies (ongoing). I am hoping to update the review with final resolution, but from what it looks atm the insurance claim is unjustified and there won’t be any coverage.

Thank you for your feedback. The vehicle was returned with noticeable damage, including a dent and deep scratches that were not present before the rental. As part of the standard procedure with Outdoorsy, we documented the damage with photos and submitted an insurance claim.
