Responsive and detailed instruction
Dan is praised for quick communication, patience, and providing thorough walkthroughs at pickup. However, one reviewer faced a post-trip dispute over repair costs and a booking cancellation.
Drives like a comfortable 'Caddy'
Many guests found it clean, comfortable, and spacious with flawless features. However, one family detailed severe maintenance issues like a failed generator, water leak, broken mirror, and foul-smelling refrigerator.

5.0We had an incredible time renting this RV and cannot recommend it enough. From the very beginning, Dan was very quick in communicating. Upon pickup, he took the time to thoroughly explain how everything worked, which gave me total peace of mind before hitting the road. His help and hospitality set a wonderful tone for the entire trip. As for the RV itself, it was in perfect condition. Every single feature—from the AC to the kitchen and hookups—worked flawlessly without a single issue. We took this trip with our 1-year-old, and the RV provided the perfect level of comfort for him. Having a safe, cozy, and reliable space made traveling with a toddler completely stress-free. It truly felt like a home away from home. I will definitely look to rent this exact RV again for our next family adventure.

1.0I would strongly discourage anyone from renting this RV. Our family rented this RV for what was supposed to be our first RV vacation visiting Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, Page, and Moab. Instead, it turned into one of the most stressful vacations we’ve ever had because the RV was poorly maintained and had multiple serious issues. The biggest problem was the generator, which failed shortly after we started our trip. In this RV, the air conditioning while driving depended on the generator. We were forced to drive through temperatures exceeding 100°F without reliable air conditioning while traveling with two 11-year-old children. We repeatedly reported the problem to the owner, sent videos, and contacted Outdoorsy Roadside Assistance. A mobile mechanic was authorized, but the generator was never actually repaired and continued to fail throughout the trip. Other issues included: * Continuous water leak when connected to campground water. * Broken drawers that repeatedly opened while driving. When I reported this, the owner simply replied, “Unfortunately it happens.” * Broken wardrobe mirror that we had to tape ourselves because we were concerned it could fall and injure someone. * Broken window blind. * Refrigerator and freezer with a strong foul odor. * Engine oil maintenance warning displayed throughout the trip. Instead of enjoying our vacation, we spent hours on the phone with the owner, Outdoorsy, roadside assistance, and troubleshooting the RV. What was most disappointing was what happened after the trip. The owner filed a claim related to the generator service, even though the generator problem was reported immediately, documented throughout the rental, and treated as a mechanical issue. Before the mechanic came out, I specifically confirmed with the owner that the roadside service would be covered. The owner approved the service and later acknowledged in writing that the generator service was initially supposed to be covered under roadside assistance. Fortunately, I kept detailed records, including text messages, emails, photos, videos, and communications with Outdoorsy, documenting every issue as it happened. If you’re considering renting this RV, I highly recommend thinking twice. A family vacation should be about making memories—not spending your time dealing with repeated mechanical failures, safety concerns, and disputes after the trip.
