Home away from home! This bunkhouse trailer is perfect for you and your kiddos with two separate rooms. Our trailer sleeps up to 8 people very comfortably.This travel trailer features a queen size bed with upgraded mattress topper, storage on both sides as well as under the bed and has 2 sliding doors for privacy. The dinette folds into a bed as well as a sofa sleeper that pulls out into a full. And our favorite part... The back private room! It includes four bunkbeds one of them turning into a small table. The kids are able to close the door to have some quiet time. The bathroom features a shower and tub and toilet. The kitchen includes a microwave, large refrigerator, 3 burner-stove, oven, sink and ample counter and cabinet space.You can enjoy cooking outside with your outdoor kitchen including a stove, refrigerator, and water, underneath the LED lights, awning, and outdoor speakers. It also has an outdoor shower.When booking, check delivery. Delivery Only.What's included3 Adult and 1 toddler camping chairs, Keurig with K-cups, toaster, cutlery, silverware, plates, bowls, cups, pot/pans/cookie sheet, mixing bowls, cooking utensils, cutting board, salt and pepper, olive oil, toilet paper, paper towels, paper plates, Kleenex, hand soap, dish soap, BBQ utensils, lighters. Outdoor mat, outdoor trash can. Board games and movies. Bathroom towels. We provide sheets and pillows for the queen bed and bunks (Must provide your own blankets). RecommendationsOur family loves Vail Lake, Lake Skinner, Hemet Lake, Lake Elsinore.Other things to noteThe RV comes with a 50amp connector and also has a 30amp adapter if needed.**Sorry, we no longer take bookings for Perris Lake**This is a non-smoking trailer.Smoking is Prohibited in the rental. A $500 smoking fee will be assessed if rental is returned with smoke odor and/or evidence of smoking inside. Drug and vaping are prohibited. If anything other than toilet paper ends up in the tanks and causes clogging, fee will be assessed. No wipes, Napkins, Menstrual products should ever be flushed down toilet due to blockage. We have special toilet paper for you.Have fun and make memories!
