Hi There! We are the Pea family from Melbourne, FL. We enjoy "glamping" along the Spacecoast and throughout the Sunshine State. Some of our favorite campsites are Jetty Park (Port Canaveral), Sebastian Inlet, Fort De Soto (St. Petersburg), Highland Hammock State Park and Wekiwa Springs National Park. We are excited to share our PeaPod Camper with your family.Our updated 2017 Sunseeker motorhome features a comfortable private queen-sized bed with Serta mattress, a large over cab bunk (with 450lb capacity), fold-out sofa, dinette conversion, electric/gas refrigerator, microwave, stove, Max Air ventilation fan, A/C, furnace, and hot water heater. The bathroom has a stand-up shower and porcelain toilet. There are two (3) smart televisions (Bluetooth) located in the dining area, master bedroom, and outdoor entertainment area with updated refrigerator and television. This motorhome is ready to accommodate full hook-up sites, which include water, electrical (30A), and sewer.
The unit has a power awning to provide you shade on hot summer days. There are also Bluetooth-enabled outdoor speakers and lights for those fun, outdoor dance parties or relaxing island vibes. Tons of storage space underneath for all of your family's gear. WE Will Include: a 10x10 canopy, gas BBQ grill, beach toys, outdoor games, camping chairs (up to 5), an outdoor rug, and fully stocked kitchen with paperware, pots and pans, dish washing and hand soaps, RV toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes. For the health and safety of everyone, we follow the CDC guidelines to thoroughly disinfect and sanitize after each rental.Our motorhome can be delivered and set-it up for you; so, all you need to remember to pack your essentials, food and drinks! Or you can pick up the RV before starting your next BIG adventure!***Currently only accepting reservations within a 500 mile radius of Central Florida***Delivery and pick-up accommodations will be made with reasonable notice. Delivery and pickup within a 40 mile radius of Melbourne, FLWhat's includedRules and RegulationsBroom and basic cleaning supplies provided. Smoking and/or vaping in the unit constitutes forfeiture of security deposit and could result in additional charges for cleaning. Renter assumes liability for any damage and will be charged for cost of repairs and billed for additional nights RV is unable to be rented while repairs are made.RENTER SHALL NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE REPAIRS. Out of pocket expense for repairs required and which are not covered by insurance or roadside assistance will be reimbursed by owner upon return of vehicle as long as the owner is made aware prior to such repairs and receipts are provided. Renter is responsible for checking/ maintaining engine oil level,tire pressure and coolant levels at each refueling. Cost due to negligence resulting in mechanical damage or tire damage will be renter’s responsibility. Owner will provide information on operation of coach at time of pickup and will provide instruction manuals for operation of coach systems and features. It is renter’s responsibility to understand and follow instructions. Failure to use proper handling of any of the systems and features in RV may result in damage and renter will be liable for cost to repair. GPS monitoring is installed. Please be aware that going over 70MPH is strictly monitored. The first incident will be your only warning text. Each subsequent incident is a $25 garnishment out of your deposit. Vehicle must be returned with same amount of fuel as it had at the time the renter receives the vehicle. The vehicle should be returned with the black and gray water tanks completely empty. Violators of this rule will be assessed a $50 dump fee. Drivers may not drink any alcohol within 24 hours of driving the RV. Violators of this rule will forfeit their deposit. Out of an abundance of caution, any adult member of your traveling party should be validated as a driver in the case of emergency. Driving by anyone who is not a validated driver is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Payment of any charges and outstanding damages will still be due after the forfeiture. We had a great trip as a first time RV'er. Corey (host) explained all the systems to me and everything turned out perfectly. The RV itself was in excellent shape and spotless on the inside. You can obviously tell they are meticulous owners and maintain the RV in perfect shape. We even had a gift basket with snacks in it waiting for us on the table. Thanks Tee (host). Looking forward to our next adventure in this RV. Highly recommend these hosts and this RV.

Corey and Tee were wonderful hosts, responsive, informative and accommodating, as well as friendly and nice. The Pea Pod was likewise wonderful. With the rearview and sideview cameras, along with excellent mirrors and cruise control, the 300 mile drive was smooth and easy. Upon arrival, set up was a breeze thanks to Corey's concise explanations - one electrical cord, two hoses, one-button leveling and electric slideouts, and we were good to go. With three smart tv's, HDMI cords, a bluetooth stereo with speakers inside and out, and plenty of electrical and USB outlets throughout, all of our entertainment needs were satisfied. Outside, the one-button awning and outside speakers made for delightful afternoons (notwithstanding the horrible outcome of my Florida Gators during March Madness). We had everything we could need for a relaxing five-day getaway. Will definitely do this again. Good luck, be safe and have fun! Thanks, Jon, Donna and Ginger (the beagle)

The host and his wife are just plain amazing. The whole experience was incredible. Their rv is set up for whatever you need. Comfortable and entertaining.
