Happy Camper

Ghaleb was great to communicate with, extremely responsive when we requested to book, and especially when he was able to accommodate our early and late pick up and drop off times. The RV is as advertised, and was perfect for a couple and a dog for a few nights at the Oregon coast. We brought our own bedding & towels as the sheets/towels in the RV seemed like they’d been sitting a while, we were unsure if they’d been laundered recently. We drove there and back, no mechanical issues whatsoever! We cleaned the interior of the RV prior to returning, Clorox’d the bathroom, kitchen, and fridge, and swept out everything. We also filled the diesel and propane, though the propane was 2/3 full at pickup, and the diesel was 3/4 tank at pick up. Thanks Ghaleb for the RV and excellent communication!

We took the RV around Southern Oregon and Northern California to three different National Parks. It had plenty of space for my husband and our two children. The kids really loved the bunk beds and the table set up was easy for when we wanted to dine indoors. The RV was old and struggled up the hills, but managed OK in lower gears. The oil light would randomly come on but Ghaleb reassured us that it was not an issue. There were no towels or blankets so we purchased some at Walmart and left them in the RV so hopefully the next renters won't have to incur that expense and it will make their stay a little more comfortable. There was no broom or handheld vacuum provided, so cleaning the RV was difficult but we did our best. Ghaleb didn't provided us with any specific instruction other than to sweep the RV (which we did), empty the gray and black water tanks (which we did), and bring the camper back with full gas and propane (which we also did). Unfortunately backing out of the parking space our last morning my husband scraped the top light on an overhang. We immediately reported this to Ghaleb and he was very kind and said not to worry, that accidents happen and he thanked us for letting him know. He was not available when we returned the RV so we uploaded photos of the damage to the Outdoorsy App, parked the RV where we had picked it up, and place the keys in the cup holder (after messaging and texting him all the information).

Ghaleb was simply wonderful. He made the process very easy and as a parent trying to plan things, it was much appreciated. The RV is as good as it can be with having been manufactured in 2006. It was clean, serviceable, and very well equipped with things one may need. Ghaleb was very flexible and accommodating in helping with requests. He is very responsive to questions. He is also quick to offer help. We are so grateful because renting his RV made it possible for our family to join an extended family reunion in Oregon. Thank you Ghaleb!

Ghaleb, the host, was responsive and supportive in many ways. He was quick to follow up with the initial booking, and answered our specific questions. He made sure we knew important details about that specific RV in it's current condition when we picked it up, including how to properly use the extensive array of amenities. And once we rented the RV he let us text and call him anytime if we had any questions about the RV. So even during our trip we could call and ask about how to use things, and he would tell us what to do if we couldn't figure out something that had to do with that specific RV. The RV provided everything we needed for our family of four very comfortably, especially with the option to hook up to electrical and water at our campsite. Our kids especially enjoyed the bunk beds in the rear of the RV, and said it was a really fun RV for kids. My husband and I also appreciated that below the main bed was an additional fold out bed. So many great options for sleeping, and even in the hot summer weather the air conditioning kept the inside cool and refreshing. Additionally, the host was able to adjust the pick up and drop off times to the specific times that worked for our trip schedule.
