1Horrible experience!! Canceled on us THE DAY OF THE RENTAL! We booked 3 months early to make sure we were set for Memorial Day weekend just to have Donald cancel the trip hours before we were supposed to pick up the trailer. He never responded to any messages and did not communicate at all with us. Left us scrambling to pull together our camping-trip very frustrating experience.
