2022 Grand Design Imagine
Grand Design travel trailers are known for their visual appeal and intelligent designs. This 2022 Grand Design Imagine bunk house is no stranger to that reputation. The bunk beds comfortably sleep 1 per level with the lower bed having extra cushioning for a larger occupant like a teenager. And if the occupants are small children and you have a need to double up then you may find two kids sleep just as comfortably on either of the bunk beds as our kids do.The bathroom is roomier than most travel trailers and features porcelain toilet and a modern sink and shower amenities. While the hot water supply is not as plentiful as home it's sufficient to get brief showers done and quickly recovers for the next use.The kitchen boast a 10 cu ft refrigerator and freezer combo and stove top and microwave to boot. Plenty of storage space for food and personal items. The dinette is versatile as easily fits 4 to 5 people around the table and the table can quickly collapse down to form another bed.The bedroom features an upgraded 10" queen hybrid mattress made of spring coils and memory foam for that perfect middle ground of support and plush comfort. There's plenty of storage space in the cabinets surrounding the bed for clothing and such. What's includedYou'll need to provide your own bed sheets, towels, camping chairs, dishes, etc. Please contact host/owner if you have any questions or have any special needs regarding what's included and I'll my best to accommodate. Typically, by not including all those things it avoids several tough situations.
1. Something becomes missing or gets broken.
2. Easy to know what belongs to the renters and what stays with the camper.
3. Do not have to worry about the cleanliness of the host and whether they washed the sheets and towels regardless of whether they were used by the previous renters.
4. Saves the host time in cleaning the camper which results in reasonable rental rate. Less time equates to more money saved for both the renter and host.

1) Awning must be retracted when leaving the camper unattended including when retiring to sleep.
2) Renters are to message the owner as soon as possible with pictures when any damage or malfunction occurs including damage such as dents, tears, rips, scratches or malfunctions such as appliances not working.
3) If towing, always have a spotter when backing up and in all situations. A spotter is someone who is standing behind and to the side of the camper that can provide eyes on the drivers blind spots and a voice of warning for the driver to avoid backing up into objects that would cause damage to the camper.
3) No climbing on the roof or accessing the roof without the owner's written approval.
4) No smoking or vaping or any other activity inside that would cause a strong odor to remain in the camper. A $250 fee will be assessed to have the camper deodorized and possibly professionally deep cleaned if strong odors are detected upon returning of the camper to the owners possession. This is in addition to the prep fee that was already assessed and paid for as part of the booking.
5) Pets are only allowed with the owners written approval and never allowed up on the beds, dinette benches, tables or counters. * $250 fee will be assessed when pet hair or stains are found on counters or dinette benches or table surfaces * $250 fee will be assessed if pet stains are found on the carpet below the dinette. * Either of these fees are in addition to the prep fee that was already assessed and paid for as part of the booking.
6) Mattress covers are placed on all mattresses to help protect the mattress from stains. A stain to the protective cover that does not affect the mattress will incur a $50 fee for replacement. Any stains to any of the bedding below the protective cover (mattress, foam topper, pillow top) will incur a $500 fee. This is in addition to the prep fee that was already assessed and paid for as part of the booking.

Q.Camping with no water service?
A.
Typically, at most campgrounds, you can fill up the 52 gallon freshwater tank at the fill-up/dump station area. The camper provides water pressure through the use of a battery operated water pump for use at the sink and shower. Care is taken to keep the freshwater tank and potable water system clean and is generally safe however it is generally an accepted industry recommendation that you bring bottled water for drinking and consumption. And to use the campers water for washing and bathing.
Q.Can we use the toilet and shower in the camper?
A.
The bathroom provides many of the same comfortable bathroom amenities experienced at home. While the bathroom facilities can still be used even if sewer hookup is not an option, we recommend utilizing the bathroom facilities at the campgrounds where you are staying if they are acceptable. This will allow you to spend more time vacationing and relaxing and less time emptying sewage tanks, the least pleasant part of camping.
Q.Camping with full utility hook up?
A.
This travel trailer camper uses a 30 amp electric service that runs all the 120 volt outlets and air conditioning unit, which works awesome for those hot humid summer days. There is a water hose inlet for sites with water hookup. And lastly there is sewer hookup for the grey and black water drains.
Q.Why Bedding and Kitchen Ware items are NOT provided?
A.
I wanted to keep the rental price reasonable for renters and in order to do that I had to make sure that I'm not spending allot of extra time washing bedding or accounting for every pot, pan, spatula, plate, cup and spoon and whether it was missing or dirty and avoid the dilemma of eating the cost or having a dispute over a cleaning fee or a broken item. This also makes pickup and return inspections faster.
