Very clean and spacious 36', 50 amp family-friendly rig with 2 slides, a queen bed in master bedroom and double queen rear bunk beds (bottom bunk converts into a couch). Lots of storage, Theater seating (seats will heat and vibrate), electric fireplace, 2 Air Conditioners, 2 TVs (living room and bedroom) and everything you need to enjoy your vacation!What's includedWe will include all items needed to hookup at the campsite as well as dishes, pans, cups, silverware, campchairs, Coffee maker and an ice maker.We will include all bed linens and towels/beach towels. RecommendationsWe live at the foothills of the Smoky Mountains and love camping in Townsend and Pigeon Forge/ Gatlinburg. You can stay in comfort any place with the excellent heating system, electric fireplace and 2 air conditioners. Other things to noteAbsolutely no smoking! - Security deposit: NZ$850.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: NZ$127.50. This fee will cover cleaning & sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. This includes ensuring the propane tanks are full, necessities (toilet paper, paper towels, etc) are stocked, bedding is washed

Cory was a great host, and everything was great. The camper was great for our family and the camper had everything we needed and then some. Cory also recommended a great campground to us, and we thoroughly enjoyed it as well. I would not hesitate to rent from Cory again. The morning sun coming up over a pasture of sheep was unbelievable.

We are so grateful to Cory for all he did to make our first trip to the Smoky Mountains a total success. The camper was just as advertised, we really enjoyed it. We asked Cory for advice on which campground to go to and Little River Campground was a great choice. Thanks so much!

The RV was great! It was clean and very spacious. Cory was super easy to work with and really helpful since I don’t have a lot of experience with campers. He delivered it, set it up and took it down, so the experience was quite easy on this end! It was wonderful to be able to have the dog on the trip. Would definitely do this again if I’m in the area.

Cory is a great host who features an immaculate RV. All communication with Cory before and after the trip was prompt and sincere. Cory's setup and RV instructions were spot on and put our family in great shape for five nights at Indian Boundary. Had absolutely no problems and would recommend Cory highly as a host.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
I can be flexible on delivery times, but prefer to deliver before 5pm as I have a family and 3 small kids.
Q.Is the RV dog friendly?
A.
We love dogs and welcome dog owners to bring their small and medium dog breeds. Large dog breeds may not be approved. We love large dogs but know from experience they do not do well in the confines of an RV they are not familiar with.
