Electric A/C and gas heater. Queen size bed in the front. Outdoor mini fridge for the extra “drinks”. Has an electric awning and indoor/outdoor Bluetooth speakers. Flip down outdoor rack off the rear of trailer for extra storage. Comes with anti-sway hitch. Must have your own brake controller on your towing vehicle, no exceptions.Smoking in the RV or unauthorized pets will result in loss of deductible.What's includedBlanket’s, pillows, linen’s, chairs, folding table, outdoor rug, plates, cups, utensils. • Return trailer grey and black water tanks empty or you will be charged $60 • Do not climb on roof or hang from awning • Smoking or unauthorized pets in trailer will result in loss of deductible • Trailer returned in unsatisfactory condition will result in loss of deductible • Guests are expected to return the trailer clean and in the same condition as they received it • All rentals require power hookup or generator rental. Renters can use their own generator upon approval. If renter does not have generator or does not have a site with power, RV will not be allowed to go out if no power available. Otherwise renter will be responsible for cost to replace battery in unit. 3500w minimum required. • Dump fee is mandatory for all stationary rentals. No exceptions.

Trailer comes with anti-sway weight reduction hitch and ball for receiver on your towing vehicle. Vehicle must have a trailer brake. No exceptions. 7 pin trailer connection.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

A.

Very easy to connect. Once hooked up it’s like being at home! Sites with FULL HOOKUPS recommended. (Power, Water, Sewer)
