3.0Jose was incredible to try and meet my needs. During my trip, a rock flew in to the windshield and cracked the screen. I received no roadside assistance or repair from the packages I purchased. Outdoorsy is now asking me to use my personal insurance for the repairs.

5.0Hands down the best camper experience I've had. Jose our contact with Alpha Trails checked in with us a couple days before our trip to go over everything and was available during to answer any last minute questions. The camper itself was very clean and everything was in working order. It also had things I didn't think of ahead of time which was super convenient. Will definitely be booking with them again!

5.0Jose (owner) went out of his way for us to be able to travel. We made a last minute decision to have an adventure and Jose at Alpha made it happen. Same day delivery, clean vehicle with everything you need to have a successful rv experience plus instructional video on how to operate. We rented the Solis Winniebago 17” and it was perfect for me my wife and our two large dogs. Easy seamless return of vehicle. Will definitely reach out to them in the near future!
