Brand new camper ready for use! Fully Pet Friendly unit. Sleeps up to 8, TV, Radio, Full Lp tanks, LED lighting throughout, Spacious camper for a nice weekend get away, Fold down bench seat, comfy bunk beds and queen bed. Automatic jack for easy unhitching, outdoor led under awning, Light trailer so easy hauling. Comes with Distribution hitch and bars, Camper will also come with fresh water hose for fill up and waste drain. We are in the process of adding a 2nd tv in the master bed side( Pictured does not have tv in queen side nor kitchen but will be done soon. Other things to noteIf any waste if left in grey or black tank there is a $100 fee to empty, also must use rv/ marine toilet paper.

Bald tires on front of camper. I had the waste tanks pumped out by the campgrounds' mobile tank drainage service. I watched him do it, but was still charged $100 to empty them after drop off. Renter beware
