There’s nothing better than a cold beer (or two) by the fire pit with your friends or family. All we ask is that you please be considerate of our property and leave it the way you found it. This vehicle is used by many families with young kids so we ask that you do your part and respect it.* NO SMOKING INSIDE OF THE UNIT. If there is any evidence that there has been smoking a service fee of $500 will be claimed from your security deposit plus any additional fees needed to clean the unit.* We charge a mandatory $100 preparation and sanitation fee. This fee is NOT a cleaning fee. Renters are required to clean the unit at the end of rental with the provided supplies (i.e. antibacterial spray, paper towels, broom/dust pan, vacuum).
