We loved the HideOut for our annual camping trip! Good layout, decent sized bathroom, and comfortable bed. Everything worked well and Donald was a great communicator. Highly recommend.

Pickup/dropoff was simple and easy Donald explained how everything worked and how to set it up. Donald also called the day before to arrange a pickup time the next day. I booked 19-27 to cover a trip that had flexible dates. I booked more days than I needed to make sure I didnt need to extend thinking that some days would be partially refunded. Looking at the listing it said it was a flexible policy and outdoorsy in the FAQs said that it was possible to end early with host approval. I contacted the host and said I needed to return the trailer 4 days early and we met up for the drop off. He said everything looked good. My issue was the day after I left I noticed the trip wasnt closed out so I requested for Friday and that was denied. Fair enough as that would refund a good portion of the trip. After asking for one day back Donald texts me as if the rental period is a binding contract and states that me wont be giving any days back due to the outdoorsy policy. I looked multiple times in the contract and the listing, nowhere did it state a policy for unused days. So I paid for the trailer to sit for 5 days unused. Make sure you only book the days you need since Donald wont be flexible

The RV was exactly what I wanted. A quiet, clean place to come back to each night after a busy day at our retriever national event. Donald communicated well with me, answered all my questions. A pleasure to work with.

Always a great rental experience with Donald. He's punctual, easy to work with, and has a great trailer to rent too.
