2022 Update: Well here we are for our 4th year renting Georgie Boy! Thank you for taking time to view our listing and don't hesitate to ask any questions that may come to mind. Please review our new discounts. After 7 days we offer a 15% discount and after 28 days there is a 25% discount!Due to the age, some people are nervous of the capability of our motor home. However, Georgie Boy has served us and numerous renters well. It has been on many 2000+ mile trips, the longest being 6000 miles (30 day rental)! It can take you anywhere this great nation has to offer and I love hearing about the travels others have taken. A full professional chasis inspection and service is done every 90 days and I also personally go through the RV top to bottom before every trip to avoid any potential issues. Unfortunately, like any vehicle, we have had a few hiccups along the way but have always handled them quickly and efficiently (Please read reviews).Ever since we have owned this vehicle I have treated it like a baby. I have updated the TVs, radio and speakers. I also installed new carpet in the front living area. New bathroom and kitchen fixtures have been installed along with new cordless blinds. The transmission was replaced in Fall of 2020 to assure worry free travel in those mountain states. As time goes on, I will continue to make improvements to keep Georgie Boy updated and comfortable.What's includedAndroid touchscreen radio with reverse camera. Flat screen TVs with Amazon Fire Stick in front room and master bedroom. Comes with everything needed that we could think of. Pots/pans, dishes and utensils, iron and ironing board. Propane and charcoal outdoor grills, camping chairs, heated water hose for cold temperatures. There are 8 storage bins underneath the vehicle. 5 will be empty, 3 are used for equipment storage (grills, chairs, etc. See pics) There is also additional storage space under the master bed and throughout the cabin. Full bedding is provided for the master bedroom plus blankets and pillows for the front sleeping areas. We even have walkie-talkies, water proof phone holders, and TONS of games for entertainment.RecommendationsSome notable personal adventures include: several FL destinations (Fort de Soto, Daytona Beach, Lion Country Safari), Nashville + Memphis TN, French Quarter New Orleans LA, Badlands SD (my personal favorite), Rifle Falls + Estes Park CO and Guernsey State Park WY. We have also used it for local vacations, concerts, baseball games, NASCAR, etc. Sometimes I can't believe the world that has opened up to us thanks to the RV lifestyle. Other things to notePlease bring bottled drinking water. The water on-board in the holding tank is not for drinking; only showers, bathroom and kitchen use.Bring additional bedding/pillows for the fold out couch and dinette bed if you intend to use them. Some are provided but I still recommend bringing extra to be comfortable.Bring towels and any other bathing items that are needed. Some will be provided but again, you may be more comfortable with your own. Toilet paper will be included. If anymore is needed, purchase only RV SAFE toilet paper.Cleaning the bedding and vacuuming is included in the rental. All other cleaning will be the users responsibility (please see add-ons). General cleaning supplies and the vacuum are included.
