Our RV was ready and in great shape when we arrived. It was clean and we were given an opportunity to inspect the RV and take pictures of any damage already present before signing off on a waiver. There was really nothing more than a few scratches and dents that would be expected with typical use. We enjoyed the camper very much and it was exactly what we needed for our trip. Everything in the RV worked as expected. Set up and break down were very simple. We went with the Platinum package so we didn't end up dealing with sewage dumps, etc. We could have used some more orientation to the vehicle but overall we figured out anything that needed to be figured out. Return was also fast and easy. We will absolutely use NW Adventure again and have already recommended them to friends and family in the area.
