This RV has 4000 watt dual fuel generator with propane(No gasoline fuel use permitted), 40inch TV, 2 air conditioning units, Heater, full size frig inside and convenient outdoor kitchen, private master with closets, 2 full size bunks, big shower pan, 3 inch matress topper for queen bed, all pots and cooking utensils, plates, bowels, forks/spoons/knives, towels and all bedding washed and ready for use, tools for emergency, electric 9x12 awning with blue LEDs, 9x12 outdoor rug, 40 gallon water tank, all the hook-ups for black water/grey water/potable water, 50 amp plug with 30 amp adapter and electric tongue and level jacks wheel chocks and leveling blocks. This is very versatile and not too hard to get around and light enough to be very kind on your fuel economy. I haul this trailer with my RAM 1500( towing capacity of 10,500) the trailer fully stocked with water and waste weighs in at 6,700 - 6,900 pounds with tongue weight at 789 lbs. The state parks and camping sites here are unbelievably beautiful and chocked with all kinds of activities to get into, not to mention all of the sight-seeing offered by the emerald coast. This area is a campers dream!Other things to noteNo dog breeds over over 40 pounds and limit to 1 dog with pet deposit for cleaning and use. Another dog may be considered with certain parameters met. Renters will be expected to empty tanks. If they are not emptied a $50 fee will be charged.No off-road excursions

Brett was amazing, communicative, flexible around pick up and drop off times, and friendly. He keeps the trailer in great shape, it was fully equipped, everything worked well, and it was beautifully clean on pickup. Lastly it also towed really nicely for a longer trailer, highly recommended!
