We have the perfect camper for you! Our 2020 Pioneer QB300 has 2 separate bedrooms with a large slide-out and will provide plenty of space for the whole family!
This rig will sleep six people comfortably. Master bedroom has a brand new mattress. The rear of the rig has a separate room with 2 beds. Living area has a love seat and dinette that both convert into additional sleeping areas.
In the kitchen, cooks will enjoy a three-burner gas stove and propane oven with mid-sized electric/gas fridge.
What's included
Rental Fee includes; leveling blocks, flexible sewer line, water line, 30-amp electrical cable and 30-amp adapter, 1 full connected propane tank, linens for each bed , and towels/washcloths for 4. (If you will need to use couch for sleeping PLEASE bring your linens)
Kitchen is outfitted with plates, cups, utensils, pots, pans, and misc. kitchen supplies. We know how important your morning coffee is so we’ve added a Keurig and some Folger K-cups.

Pick up by renter is an option, will need proper towing vehicle and insurance provided through Outdoorsy.
Propane (Delivered with full tanks, If returned with empty tank(s) there will be a charge applied to your security deposit for replacements).
NOT Provided With Rental: Renter will need to provide their own toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc.), paper towels, batteries, and any other items not specifically mentioned as “provided with rental” above. Dont forget your extra linens, pool towels and RV toilet paper.
Due to cat allergies, we only allow 1 dog per rental. Pet deposit of $35. non refundable.
Renter is responsible for returning camper same as it is found. Cleaning supplies are provided. If camper is not returned in same condition as delivered, a cleaning fee will be applied to your security deposit. Take care of it like it was your own!
Absolutely NO smoking or vaping of any legal or illegal product inside the RV! If this is violated, renter will automatically forfeit security deposit.
