2.0Carlos was excellent to work with—his communication was clear, timely, and made the entire process smooth and straightforward. Unfortunately, the condition of the camper did not meet expectations. The flooring felt soft and unstable in several areas, and the couch showed significant wear, including a section that had been patched with duct tape. In the restroom, portions of the flooring were coming up. At the end of the trip, while removing the sheets to assist with cleaning, we noticed the mattresses were in poor condition, with one appearing to have possible mold. Overall, the camper seemed quite dated and in need of maintenance. While I am limited to uploading only five photos, I documented several additional concerns not shown.
