Work From Home? Why not make that the beach... or the mountains...
"Home" is where you park it, with our WiFi Hotspot keeping you connected and our newly upgraded Lithium Ion House Battery keeping you charged.
Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Passage by Midwest Automotive Designs
Rear Wheel Drive (aka NOT built for off-roading)
Diesel Fuel
My favorite thing about this van is its relatively petite frame — I call it "Baby Beluga" —
Being small enough to fit in a standard parking spot comes in handy both in cities and at those crowded National Parks.
From VanCity:
"If you have been searching for a Class B diesel motorhome that is easy to drive to all-day soccer tournaments, charity walks on the weekend, or to visit family in another state, you have found the perfect solution with this Passage 144. If you like to cook for everyone, the induction cooktop and the convection microwave make it easy. There is sleeping space for two, as well as a wet bath to get cleaned up for the day.
With any Midwest Automotive Passage 144 Class B diesel motorhome, you will appreciate the safety of the Mercedes-Benz chassis on a 19' platform and the performance engineering of a diesel engine. Inside, you will find meticulous leather-clad upholstery and polished wood veneers throughout, as well as a cabin full of appliances and electronics that offer convenience and luxury."

Message me with the requested time frame.-We are dog, kid, festival* and tailgate friendly, but you will have to pay for the extra cleaning required. *NOT BURNING MAN-Car seats may be attached to the passenger seat. MUST swivel the seat to face backwards (not facing the airbag!!!) The rear reclining bench does NOT have car seat hookups.-This is a Diesel. If you fill it will Regular Gasoline, you will be charged for all damage. If you catch yourself, do NOT turn on the engine! Get it towed to the nearest dealership for a drain ASAP!-NO smoking or vaping in the vehicle. Smoking will incur a $1500 cleaning fee. We don't mess around here. And yes this includes weed. Just take it outside (and don't start a forest fire).RETURN DAY
I have to warn renters while planning their itineraries that the RETURN DAY for the van requires a chunk of your precious vacation time. It is understood and agreed upon that you return the van by 6pm in the same state as it was given: clean, fuel & propane FILLED, grey & black water tanks EMPTYIf you don't want to deal with any of that hassle, you can pay for the following Add-Ons: Post-Trip Cleaning ($100), Fuel Refill Prepayment ($150), Propane Refill Prepayment ($40), Empty Septic Prepayment ($100)I try to remind renters of this, because a lot of the time, they will plan on a 4pm return based on the driving distance. But of course they hit traffic, and then, by the time they're back in town, they still haven't taken into account the 3 time-consuming stops you must make before your return: a dump station, a diesel fuel station, and a car wash. (Re: cleaning, it doesn't have to be deep-cleaned and detailed, but it must be washed on the outside and at least swept, hand-vacuumed, and wiped down on the inside. No dirty dishes left behind!) Again, some people don't want to deal with some (or any) of that. We have those Add-Ons so that you don't have to.PICK-UP/DROP-OFF
***Can be arranged for pickup/delivery/return in Los Angeles and Ventura Counties***Pick-up/Delivery/Return times and locations must be arranged with the owner ahead of time. You may request a pick-up or a drop-off any time after 8am for your departure. BEFORE YOU DRIVE AWAY, all guests must complete a walkthrough of the van and a quick practice drive. This usually takes ONE HOUR, so please plan accordingly. The drop-offs are much faster, but a walk-around is still required for insurance purposes, so add that extra half hour into your plans. You may schedule an early pick-up/delivery (before 8am) for $50 and/or a late drop-off (after 6pm) for $50 -- please let me know and select them in the Add-Ons section during checkout. If you do not *schedule* a late drop-off within 48hrs of your return, and you do not arrive before 6pm, you will owe $100. If you arrive after 10pm, you will be charged for an additional night.
