• 1. GPS & Telemetry Disclosure: This vehicle is equipped with a GPS tracker. This monitors vehicle health, excessive speed, and mileage. Tampering with the device will result in a full forfeiture of the security deposit.
2. No Smoking/Vaping: Any evidence of smoking or vaping will incur a minimum $500 deep-cleaning fee.
3. Roof Access: For your safety and to protect the roof seals of this new unit, guests are strictly prohibited from going onto the roof.
4. Awning Usage: Awnings must be retracted at night, during any wind exceeding 10mph, or when the unit is left unattended. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by weather.
5. Fuel & Propane: The RV will be provided with a full tank of Gasoline. Please return it full to avoid a $6.00/gallon convenience fee.
6. Waste Tanks: Black and Grey tanks must be emptied prior to return. A $150 dump fee will be applied if the tanks are not clear.
7. No Off-Roading: Driving is restricted to paved, maintained roads and approved campground sites only.
