Check in times typically start a 3 pm, but this will be dependent on your campsites availability as well. 5A+ in every aspect! Owners are SO helpful, patient, and responsive about questions. The RV itself is just perfect for families with those bunk beds- with a great separate retreat for the grown ups, too. Comfortable mattresses all around; even the convertible beds in the living/dining room were comfy! Wonderful outdoor and indoor kitchens, and fully equipped all the way around. AC kept up despite the kiddos going in and out, plenty of fresh water in the tank and gas for cooking. The owners were also able to drop the RV at our site and hook everything up- it really allowed us to enjoy RVing with zero worry or know-how. Wonderful experience for first timers!
