Very cozy and air circulation is great. Comes with fridge, outdoor stove, heating, air conditioning, hose for water, 2 electric extension cords, toaster, kettle, dishes and cutlery for 5 , 5 coffee cups, microwave.What's includedDish rack, cutlery, dishes, coffee cups for 5 people included, electric kettle, toaster, pots, pans, spatula, serving tongs. But must be returned clean.RecommendationsI strongly suggest to take a 30 Amp hookup, if you plan on using the air conditioner as some places charge extra of the electric braker pops, it's very common.Other things to noteAbsolutely no smoking indoors.

First time using a camper. Conrad showed me everything I needed to know. My family had a good time, much more comfortable than in the tent.

Conrad and his wife were so helpful and always available! The trailer was clean, the beds were so comfortable and air conditioning was awsome!!! No leaks in the big rainstorm. Great awning. Our trip to sandbanks was comfortable!!!!!
