5Brad was very responsive to my communication from initial inquiry and throughout the trip, extremely helpful in getting me ready for my first travel trailer trip, and ensured we were able to enjoy our adventure. Outdoorsy is a decent app, though I was never quite sure I'd done everything required until i actually picked up the trailer. We very much enjoyed our trip and made lasting memories!

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Generally flexible with pickup and drop off times on the same day. If schedule allows, happy to allow for extra days too.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
The trailer is reasonably light and easy to tow. The anti-sway bars which can be included if you rent the hitch can help even further with stability. A Bluetooth trailer brake controller is available to rent as well if your tow vehicle is not equipped with one. The biggest trick to towing is stay in the slow lane, go slow, and give lots of extra space for stopping and turning.
