The following uses of RV are prohibited: (a) NO PETS (b) NO SMOKING (c) transporting dangerous or hazardous items or illegal materiel; (d) transporting living persons; (e) towing the RV by anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol; (f) allowing the RV to be towed by anyone who is not a renter or an Authorized Driver; (g) any use of the RV by anyone who obtained the RV or extended the rental period by giving us false, fraudulent or misleading information; (h) use of the RV in furtherance of any illegal purpose or under any circumstance that would constitute a violation of law other than a minor traffic citation; (i) use of the RV outside the United States or Canada; (j) use of the RV when loaded beyond its capacity, as determined by the manufacturer of the RV; (k) towing the RV through or under any structure without sufficient overhead or side clearance; (l) use of the RV when it is reasonable to expect you to know that further operation would damage the RV; (m) using the RV in a manner that causes damage to it due to inadequately secured cargo; (n) damaging the RV by your intentional, wanton, willful or reckless conduct; and, (o) damaging the RV by placing signs, lettering or painting on the RV.
NOTE: RV must be brought back by agreed upon date. Failure to return the vehicle will result in extra fees and a civil suit.
NOTE: Any stains, tears, excessive filth, strong odors (e.g. cigarette smoke), or any other damage will subject you to a minimum cleaning fee of $140 or more if the damage warrants more money taken off your security deposit.
NOTE: Please return motorhomes will the gas tank full. Failure to do so will result in a fee for filling up the tank. This fee will be taken from the card that is on file.
NOTE: Please remember to make sure the tank gauges read empty. Subject to a $91 dumping fee.
