Review summary
Thorough, responsive, and supportive
Samantha (and Jim) consistently provide detailed walkthroughs, clear instructions, and are highly responsive to questions. They proactively check in, offer tips, and are accommodating, especially for first-time renters and special requests like flexible pickup/dropoff.
Drives easily, handles reliably
The van is consistently described as super easy to drive, handling well on highways, narrow roads, and even in snow. It is reliable, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with amenities like strong AC and camping necessities, making it suitable for long journeys.

5.0Samantha was such a great host. As first time camper van users, she described things in a way that was easy to understand. She did great giving us the details of the van and how everything worked. She was very responsive and kind the entire time. The van itself is so nice! Very clean and was in great condition. Highly recommend for people who want AC off grid (which was a main concern for us). The AC was nice and cool especially during super hot summer days. The van is super easy to drive and comfortable. We will for sure rent this van again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

5.0Samantha was very courteous and thorough with the explanation of all the systems in the van, and made sure it was cleaned and ready to go at the time of arrival. she was accommodating of our requests and then an performed brilliantly during our fall trip around the upper peninsula, warm, cozy and comfortable. We had no issues during our trip and Samantha's thoughtful addition of cooking utensils, bedding and towels meant we maximized our camping experience. Overall a great host and a perfect camper van

5.0we had a great time taking this campervan out for a spin! we did a week and a 1/2 trip through 3 national parks, so definitely put some miles on this vehicle. It handled well, was reliable and the mobility we gained with this van was something we'd never experienced while camping before. It was a luxury for sure. Samantha was great and answering all our questions and made sure to check in from time to time. the only thing we struggled a bit with was reading and gauging the tank sensors, but with the amount we were using resources, we didn't actually run into any issues. would definitely rent again! Thanks so much for being a part of some wonderful memories!

5.0We had a great trip from Chicago up along the Michigan coast. Communications was outstanding … before and during the trip….and being first time RVrs, Samantha was a great host. The van was well equipped with all needed necessities and a great A/C unit that was critical with our dogs if we left them inside a few hours . Being able to bring the dogs was also a key factor in selecting this unit from Samantha . We didn’t take advantage of everything the van offered but it was perfect for our trip. Drove great on the highway and perfect size to get down narrow roads and small overnight sites.
