1SCAM ALERT! PLEASE DO NOT USE! We reserved the camper 2 months in advance with delivery. Camper was not delivered until 9:30pm and we had small children The camper was filthy with dirt/dust, foul smell, black water tank was full, no fresh water (which he said would be full), and 1 gray water tank full. No provided towels or linens as per the ad. Camper was not picked up and we were charged another night at the campground. Spoke with Dameon who said would give us a 50% refund and pay for the overnight, which he has not done. Poor experience. Please look elsewhere and do not book here!

5Dameon was great. Responsive to my questions, and helpful at pickup. A couple of hiccups but Dameon made it right. Great experience. I'd rent from him again.

1Upon arriving the smell of sewer and air freshener was overwhelming. The camper was dirty. It was not swept or vacuumed, there was grass all over the carpet. There were fingerprints and smudges all over the refrigerator, microwave and stove. The bathroom was dirty, the mirror was not clean and had toothpaste splatters on it. There was a human tooth in the bathroom cupboard - we left it there. There was a condom in the wall storage compartment above the toilet. Fortunately still in the wrapper - we left it there. The bed had no clean linens as described in the ad. When we looked in the bedroom closet there was so much stuff stuffed into it that it spilled out when we opened the door. (Dirty pillows, comforter, sheet and egg shell covers for bed). Stains on the mattress, no mattress cover No garbage cans, but we got by with using garbage liners in cardboard boxes. Cupboards were dirty. The air conditioner vents in the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom were not functional. Adequeate airflow would come out of the vents immediately below the rooftop unit when those louvers were set to be in the open position. When the louvers were closed so that air would pass through the ductwork, the only air coming out of the duct system we from the 2 duct vents in the living room. No aire was getting to the bathroom or bedroom. This made keeping the bedroom at a comfortable temperature was not possible. This issue was known to the owner since we were told to bring a fan to help cool the bedroom. The unit was marginally effecitive in keeping the living room and kitchen cool. The floor fan had little effect and would provide no value when the bedroom door was closed to separate people sleeping in the bedroom vs the living room areas. After going to bed on both Friday and Saturday, the AC unit shut off in the middle of the night. We woke up on Saturday and it wasn't running. By using the thermostat to cycle between cool, heat, off and cool, the unit started back up on Saturday morning. After going to bed on , the unit shut down again at about 4am. We noticed it at that time and were able to get it started again by cycling the thermostat again. The thermostat cover broken off. One of the bedroom windows did not have a screen, so opening both bedroom windows to allow a cooler night breeze to help cool the bedroom wouldn't work due to flys and bugs getting in. The vent fan in the bathroom looks like it was supposed to have 4 or 5 plastic blades, but there was only a small stub left of one blade, so exhausting air was not possible. The screen attached to the vent fan was coming apart, so flys and mosquitos would enter the bathroom if the hatch was opened to allow air and odor to escape the bathroom. The camper was not level. The roof condensation mentioned above was flowing to the front of the camper in the beginning. After we took the rv to the dumpstation, we were able to get it level. The condesation water would then flow down the side of the camper near where the AC unit is mounted at the rear of the RV. Made for a much nicer night's sleep Saturday night. There were two recliners in the ad, only one present. The blinds in the bedroom, broken and would not close all the way to the bottom of the window. Slats were bent on the entry side window. Slats could be raised on both sides, but the non entry side could not be adjusted to let light in while the shades were in the down position. The blind by the kitchen table was broken and had to be held open with a chip clip. The couch when put down for a bed had a bar in the middle and was super uncomfortable sleeping. The horrible smell never went away. The floor in front of the bathroom is unstable and mushy. Feels as though it will break through at any time. The toilet would not flush and was full after 26 hours of using it minimally. We had to use the campground restrooms for showering and toilet use. We called the owner about the black tank being full and were told to contact the camp host as he was out of town and not able to help. The camp host had no suggestions, so we decided to find someone to take the camper to the dumpstation. After dumping the black tank and both grey tanks and refilling the water, we brought the RV back and checked the levels. Water was full as expected. Grey tanks were empty as expected. The black tank registered as 2/3rd full without any toilet use after dumping the tank. I guess that would explain why minimal toilet use filled the tank in a short period of time after we arrived late Thursday afternoon. The surface of the underside of both awnings was very stained or moldy. The water flow out of the kitchen faucet was very slow.
