Inside rear bedroom has a queen bed, washer/dryer, tv and dvd, mid section has full bath 2 bunk beds with individual DVD players. Front has kitchen with double sink, double door refrigerator, dinette that folds into full size bed, fold out couch that turns into a queen bed with air mattress,, love seat, right front captain chair turns 180degrees and reclines, tv,dvd player and surround sound system . Owner cancelled within days of our trip, apparently because of to many questions and unverified drivers. I submitted three drivers all with clean records, the main one with a commercial drivers license and no answer. The guidelines for verification of drivers are not clear. I would not recommend this owner unless you want to feel uncertain in the upcoming days of your trip without the ease of mind that your trip is scheduled and secure.

Picking up RV I’m very flexible delivery options are limited and have to be prearranged

A.
The use of the inverter is prohibited. The RV uses to much battery power and will damage batteries quickly, use of electric power without generator or shore power will result in a charge of $1200 for battery replacement
Q.Do I need to empty freshwater, grey water and black water tank before return
A.
Yes if the tanks are not emptied there will be a $250 charge for each tank not emptied
