This camper is a fantastic choice for your family vacation. It's spacious floorplan is comfortable and provides the essentials you will need to have a wonderful camping experience. There are 2 slide outs which allows for more room in the main living room and the bunk house. The main living area has an U-Shaped table to accommodate your family and guest for a nice meal or for a family game night. The master bedroom has a queen size bed to help you rest well on vacation. The bunkhouse provides space for your little ones to watch TV and sleep in while you enjoy the sunrise and a cup of coffee. There is an exterior bathroom door so you can come in and out without disturbing the kids after bedtime.On a rainy day, enjoy the TVs to watch your favorite movies and have fun playing games in the spacious living room. Enjoy the outdoors as this has the convenience of an outdoor sink and fridge for your favorite beverages . There are also outdoor speakers and an LED light in the awning for added ambiance and relaxation.We have a lot of extras that come with the rental, including a coffee maker, pots & pans, cups, towels, sheets for the master bed (not pillows), and many other extras. We try to make your camper experience easy!

Everything went very smoothly! Kim was very helpful with the booking and answering all our questions. Always prompt with responses. Ed did both delivery and pick up - very timely and a pleasure to chat with. He took the time to walk through everything with us. Our son loved the bunk room and we enjoyed the outdoor kitchen! This camper comes with everything you need for cooking and keeping things tidy as well as outdoor amenaties like a rug and chairs. It made everything so easy and comfortable! A wonderful bonus is that this camper is pet friendly so the whole family can come and enjoy a vacation. We highly reccommend and plan to book again :-)

Pick-up (arrival day) 2-5 pm Drop-0ff (departure day) 9-11 - late returns will be charged $25/hr. unless pre-arranged We will do our best to accommodate early pick up and/or late drop off depending on other rental commitments Delivery, Pick-up and Set Up is available. There is a minimum fee of $150 within 25 miles (one way) and $250 up to 50 miles (one way). If you are staying further than 50 miles (one way), please contact us for a quote. If you plan on towing yourself, you will need to have a 3/4 ton truck to tow the 30+ foot campers with a 7-prong plug, Reese hitch and electric brakes. Also, you must have significant experience towing and backing up. We require the camper to be kept within 60 miles of Scarborough, ME No smoking - Full deposit will be kept if evidence of smoking in trailer All Pets must be pre-approved (max. number of pets 2) If Pets are not pre-approved, $250 cleaning fee will be kept from deposit Dumping fee - $75 (included in set up and delivery) No festivals - We prefer campsites to have water & sewer hookups (exceptions made with the right circumstances) Please do not climb on the roof Only use toilet paper provided with the rental, please do not flush anything else in toilet! At the end of your stay: Please put all towels in bathroom floor & open shower liner Have all dishes and cookware cleaned and put away Empty the refrigerator Take out all trash Please leave all areas in the condition you found them. We are not responsible for your personal belongings left behind. Please contact if you do leave something behind and we will do our best to locate it and ship it to you for the cost of shipping.
