Brand new 2022 Jayco Greyhawk 30Z, ready for adventure!Very easy to drive with side and rear cameras.Comes equipped with full kitchen with oven, recliner theater seating, two smart TVs, cozy fireplace, large fridge/freezer, furnace heating system/hot water heater, air conditioning, interior/exterior sound system, and hookup for android auto/apple car play.Sleeps up to 6 people:
- x1 almost king size bed over cab with privacy curtain
- x1 queen bed in back bedroom with privacy door
- x1 full bed (dining table conversion)
- x2 recliners (extend to almost flat -- slight bend at the knees and slight incline at the head)Your rental is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each use. We also allow time for the RV to be fully ventilated between every rental. Every surface is disinfected with attention to detail, even your keys!

Propane fee: This will be assessed after your trip based on usage and removed from security deposit refund. Average usage is approx. half a tank of propane, which equates to $25.00 fee.EZ Pass/Tolls Policy: We recommend that your bring your own EZ-Pass to mount in the RV during your trip, otherwise bring cash for tolls you may encounter. Any "toll-by-plate" tolls will be discussed with you and deducted from the security deposit at the end of your trip.Our goal is to provide you with an excellent experience, having all the comforts of home while on the road! We ask that you respect your rental and treat it kindly in return. Below are some simple, yet important rules to remember.1. Must return rental with FULL tank of gas and EMPTY grey/black waste water tanks. The fee for gas is $100 plus the cost of refilling the tank. The fee for an un-emptied septic tank is $500.2. Absolutely NO accessing the roof is permitted. Evidence of damage or disruption to the roof will result in the loss of your full security deposit ($1500).3. Absolutely NO smoking and NO pets allowed. Evidence of violation will result in the loss of your full security deposit ($1500).4. "if it came with you, take it with you when you leave" -- please take all trash, fridge items, and belongings with you upon return of the rental.LATE FEES: On day of rental return, the RV must be returned no later than 3PM. For every hour (or part there of) that the RV is late for return, a $50 fee will be assessed, up until 6PM. Laura was absolutely wonderful and thorough which was so important because we were relatively new to RV renting. There were eight of us. Two families of 4. We were a little worried that her Grayhawk 30 Z would be a little small. It turned out to be a perfect fit. A great vehicle, very reliable and very clean. Laura and her husband should be in customer service because whenever we were unsure of something, no matter what time of day, they were there to happily answer any questions we had. If you think about it, there’s no way to underestimate how important that is when you’re on the road with someone else’s vehicle. We absolutely loved our vacation and would highly recommend this to everyone and anyone.
