There is a lot of inside storage/counter space. Very roomy and clean. Camping chairs are always included, as is the foldable camp table and kitchen items. Canvas is in perfect shape and no leaking. 2 King size beds, couch that makes a bed(single) as well the table can be made into a bed. It is rated for 7 people but I think 6 is comfortable but if you have children could easily squeeze in 8. It has been well maintained. There is ample seating and living quarters. No worrying about the weather and whether you have heat or power.
