This is a comfortable and functional 2007 31' Class C RV with a Triton V10 450 engine. It has been serviced each 5,000 miles for transmission and oil service, including new brakes, tires, ball joints and appliance service. As of January 2021 it has had previous cosmetic repairs/replacement of rear wall, awning, main door step, wheel well, rear ladder, bumper and rear marker/license plate lights. The engine allows for maintaining highway speeds in mountain passes and on the highway. It is clean, has not had pets or smoking and well maintained but please note it is 14 years old so if you are looking for an immaculate Class A Tour Bus it is not that. It is comfortable and has lots of ammenities and is perfect for families or friends looking to get out and enjoy the outdoors or a concert or roadtrip. It can sleep 7 adults, has a full kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer, 3 top burner, two-basin sink, microwave, propane oven, coffee maker and toaster. It has a standalone shower and separate bathroom with toilet and sink and storage galore. The forced air furnace runs off propane and keeps the RV warm in winter and cold/AC in the summer. The generator allows for use of 12V plugins without being plugged in and the water tanks and gray and black water tanks allow for camping without a plugged in RV site though you will need access to dump tanks and fill water depending on days and usage. The RV comes with optional camp chairs and an optional propane firepit and propane BBQ for a small fee. The RV can be rented with or without towels and bed linens and pillows (available for a small fee). The living room includes a TV and DVD player and the bedroom also has a TV and DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with all the plates, silverware, cooking gadgets, bowls, pots and pans, and most anything you will need for enjoying meals with a larger group. What's includedComes with all the kitchen utensils, appliances, coffee maker, toaster, spices, coffee and cooking pans and bowls you will need.Optional items can be included for a small fee including the firepit and towels and linens.

The condition of the motorhome was nothing like what was advertised. It was in horrible condition, inside and out.
We would have cancelled had we not made reservations that were non-refundable.
Please note the following:
Photos of what was advertised on Outdoorsey vs. what the actual condition was.

If you are new to RVing then rent from Chris. The RV is old but in good shape. It's not new, but works well and is perfect for families with kids. Chris communicated well and took care of us.
