This was my first time using Outdoorsy and Natalie made it a great experience. She provided great communication and flexibility. She was very responsive to questions prior and during the trip. I also had the opportunity to use the roadside service and they are great.

This was my first time pulling a camp trailer and my first time using Outsoorsy. Natalie was great!! I would highly recommend renting this trailer!! She communicated promptly and walked me through everything I needed to know with the generator and trailer. My 2 kids LOVED the trailer. We were in Goblin Valley and the AC was super nice to have! Cooled the trailer down surprisingly quickly! The generator was much more quiet than I thought it would be. We’re hoping to rent it again soon!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Pretty flexible. Just let me know what your needs are and lets discuss :) I just ask that when we commit to a time/place that you are not late.

Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
All hook ups are located on the driver side of the trailer (opposite of the door of the trailer) Trailer comes with a power cord (and pig tail for conversion depending on plug in needs). Water hose to fill the fresh tank. And a sewer hose to connect the black/gray tanks. Power is "plug and play", water is a hose bib. And the sewer hose connects at the base with a turn and lock function. And then has a 90 degree attachment that will seed into the sites drain. Open the valves on gray and black.
