The single slide create more working space by moving the U-shaped dinette and pantry out of the way of the main living space. The front private bedroom features a queen size bed for you to rest up each night and be ready for your next adventure day! What's includedFresh linens, pillows, basic kitchen supplies, towels, toilet paper.Other things to noteThis is a brand new RV that we got to travel with our grandmother. We are looking for responsable adults 25+ years old to take care of it as if it was theirs.Also I have everything and anything you could possibly need for camping. Just ask me and we can see if I can provide it.You will be given a full tank of propane and are not expected to replace or refill propane tank. Propane is offered to the renter free of charge. If while using the trailer you run out of the full tank, then it becomes the Renters cost to refill or exchange the tank .Pets allowed with deposit. Your deposit is fully refundable if you leave no sign the pet was there. $300The roof is NOT to be climbed on- If seen it has been, your deposit will not be refunded.Only use the Toilet paper that I supply to you free, other Toilet paper may cause a clog.If the Black tanked is clogged it is the renters responsibility. The renter will be charged $300 if brought back clogged or over filled, even if the renter has pre paid for Dumping.Do not put food particles down the kitchen sink. RV pipes are not like your home pipes. Foods will settle in the grey tank and create a smell in the trailer. Please wipe out dishes before washing them.The awning is used at your own risk. Should the awning be used and it breaks or tears, a charge for repairs or replacement will be made to your credit card if security deposit does not cover the costs.
