This is a new, well-kept trailer. These rules are not meant to be difficult; they are here to keep the RV safe, reliable, and available for responsible guests. Bookings may be declined if the tow setup, destination, or trip plan is not a safe fit. • If towing: please do not exceed 65mph - higher speed could damage the tires and is dangerous. • No persons or animals may ride inside the trailer while it is being towed. • No smoking of any kind inside; cigarettes, cigars, weed, vape etc. • Absolutely no roof access. The ladder is for service access only and is not for renter use. • Pets may not be left unattended inside unless crated and climate control is safely maintained. • No festivals, tailgates, Burning Man, large events, or desert dry camping without prior written approval. • No off-road use. The trailer must stay on paved roads, maintained gravel roads, established campgrounds, and approved RV sites only. •Black and gray tanks must be emptied before return unless dump service has been prearranged. • Only the provided RV-safe toilet paper may be used. No wipes, feminine products, paper towels, food, grease, or foreign objects in the toilet or drains. • Awning must be retracted anytime you are away from the trailer, overnight, or if there is wind. Awnings are easily damaged and repairs are expensive. • Stabilizer jacks are for stabilization only. They are not leveling jacks and must never be used to lift the trailer. • Slide-out must only be operated when the trailer is level and clear of people, trees, posts, vehicles, and campsite hookups. • Return the trailer reasonably clean, with trash removed, dishes washed, refrigerator emptied, and personal items removed.
