• Renter must have a valid driver’s license and a tow vehicle rated for this trailer’s hitch weight (305 lb) and GVWR (~3,805 lb). Please double-check your vehicle’s towing capacity before booking. • A weight-distribution hitch with sway control is strongly recommended for highway towing. One is available as an add-on if your vehicle doesn’t already have one. • If your tow vehicle doesn’t have a built-in brake controller, a wireless brake controller add-on is available, trailer brakes are required for safe towing. • Please drive at safe, moderate speeds while towing, especially in windy conditions, on grades, or through mountain passes. Slower is safer. • Perform a pre-departure walk-around before every drive: check hitch connection, safety chains, breakaway cable, tire pressure, and running lights. • Trailer must remain on paved or designated gravel roads. No off-roading or driving on unmaintained/unstable terrain. • Allow extra following distance and braking room, a loaded trailer significantly increases stopping distance. • Avoid sudden lane changes or sharp turns; trailer sway can happen quickly at highway speeds. • Renter is responsible for any traffic violations, tolls, or citations incurred during the rental period. • If you’re new to towing, let me know, I’m happy to walk through hitching, backing up, and towing basics at pickup.
