hi, we have our Brand new 2024 camper available for use. this camper will sleep up to 6 guests comfortably between its 4 beds, 2 of them are the twin-sized bunkbed, the full-sized dinnet/bed conversion, and a queen-sized bed. perfect for any small family. camper will come with an upgraded 8,000 btu AC unit, upgraded tankless water heater, built-in fireplace, 32" LCD smart TV, led light strip under awning, 200w solar panels, fresh lines, cook/dishware, leveling blocks, 50' fresh water hose, 20' sewer hose, wireless brake controller, and full propane tank we hope you will enjoy it as much as we have so far What's includedcamper will come with a 32' LCD TV, fresh lines, cook/dishware, leveling blocks, 50' fresh water hose with filter, 20' sewer hose, wireless brake controller, propaneOther things to noteOwner rules
1. Absolutely no flushing anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. This includes flushable wipes.2. The awning can be several damaged during windy conditions. Please do not attempt to use it during windy conditions and Only have it extended when it is actively being used. Do not leave it unattended while extended.3. The ceiling height is 10 feet. be aware all clearance heights.4. Only turn on the water pump if there is water in that fresh water tank as running the tank dry will damage it.5. Only run the A/C or heater when connected to shore power. If you attempt to run it off battery power it will rapidly drain the batteries.
