Want popcorn for movie night? There is a microwave for ultimate convenience. There is a large refrigerator & the freezer can store your ice cream of choice for a late-night treat. Past the kitchen, there is comfortable seating for watching the smart TV or games when the table is installed.Retire to the private pop-up bedroom, where you'll find a comfortable queen-size bed, plugs to charge your phones & a view of the stars. Need room to sleep 4? You can covert the living area to 2 twin beds or simply press a button to turn it into a spacious king-sized bed. All linens are provided so you can focus on getting the rest you need to explore more the next day.The Explorers’ Escape also features an indoor bathroom with a shower, sink & toilet, so you can start each day feeling refreshed. - No driving under the influence of anything or when drowsy. Being high on life is 100% allowed!
- Up to two dogs are welcomed but no other animals. Cost is per dog.
- The Renter must be at least 25 years old, have a clean driving record, and a valid drivers license.
- The RV will be provided to the Renter with a full gas tank. Please return full, unless the Renter selected the upfront add on. If returned not full, $60 plus the cost of gas will be deducted from the security deposit.
- Unless the Renter selected an add on package for late drop off, drop off is at 11am. - If dropped off late, a $100 charge per hour late will be removed from the deposit.
-Pick up is at 3pm.
- Please follow the instructions for the return condition of the RV. If RV is returned in disorder or with broken or missing items, the deposit will be used to replace or repair items.
- The Renter is responsible for any tickets, tolls, tows, and impounds. The Renter is also responsible for any campsite fees.
- Tire damage is the responsibility of the Renter, if the Renter believes it is due to negligence, the tire must be brought back for professional evaluation.
- If there is a mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance, the Renter should call roadside assistance number provided by insurer and alert owner immediately. THE Renter Shall NOT Attempt TO Make Repairs.
- Out of pocket expense for repairs required and which are not covered by insurance or roadside assistance will be reimbursed by owner upon return of vehicle as long as the Owner is made aware prior to such repairs and receipts are provided.
- The Renter is responsible for responding to dash warning lights for items such as low engine oil level, tire pressure and coolant levels. Cost due to negligence resulting in mechanical damage will be the Renter’s responsibility.
- Owner will provide information on operation of coach at time of pickup and will provide instruction manuals for operation of coach systems, features and appliances.
- It is Renter’s responsibility to understand and follow instructions. Failure to use proper handling of any of the systems, features or appliances in RV may result in damage and Renter will be liable for cost to repair.
- Please explore and unplug, but no off-roading or forest service roads.
- Leave all your extra baggage behind, so no towing please.
- The Renter shall take their time when traveling, take in the slights, use pull offs if slowing traffic. Smile and share the road.

We had a wonderful two weeks travelling to Texas for the eclipse! Steve and Amanda were incredible hosts going above and beyond to help us out. It was our first RV road trip and went very smoothly.

We mainly used the RV for travel / day use purposes, and it worked great for that! Can’t comment on the RV / sleeping features as we did not utilize those.

We had a great trip through Arizona and Utah with the Zion Slumber camper van! Steve and Amanda are excellent hosts. They were very responsive from initial prep all the way through the trip. The van is fully stocked and ready to roll. Our expectations were high going in and exceeded through the experience. Highly recommend renting this van for an excellent trip.
