Bear is the perfect unit to go adventure the national parks near and far in. He sizes in at 25ft and still has all the same furnishings as our big RVs. Bear has a queen-size master bed, a queen-over cab bed, and a full-size dinette. We recommend 6 people and set Bear for 6. Bear feels like you are driving a van and is super easy to handle. He is perfect for a honeymoon, a family vacation, or a gathering of friends. This RV used to journey Alaska and its many beautiful forests but now is ready to start exploring our surrounding states.We include all bedding, towels, table, chairs, kitchen services, utensils, BBQ, games, cooler and complimentary propane, and much more. Even RV toilet paper is provided in this rental. We have thought of everything; you all need to pick up your food and beverages before you hit the road. We supply inventory lists to help plan and pack for your trip. We have thought of everything when furnishing our RV. No special license is required.Do you need help planning your trip? Let me help you by being your trip planner. I take my time with you and help you figure out what destinations you would like to see. Then We go through the site I’ve created and help you find the perfect places to stop along the way. I’m here 24/7 for you before, during, and after the trip, ensuring you always have the best service possible. We want you to have the trip of a lifetime with no unexpected expenses, so I take that extra time also to teach you how to save along the way.All units are non-smoking units. The receiver will be locked unless approved to use. Towing is allowed with approval up to 5000 lbs.Campsites are required nightly with a minimum of 30 amp electric only required. Before departure, all reservations will be verified. We do not want to risk mechanical damage to the RVs by these temperatures due to extreme weather (hot and cold) in the most traveled areas. We rather have you and your family safe and comfortable. Optimal operation of the RV occurs when on shore power versus the generators.Bike rentals have been huge, with our guests able to ride all over and see more things. We have added Kayaks, a stand-up paddle board, bikes, inflatable boats, and cargo or bike racks to our list of rentals. We have bikes in various sizes as well as kids’ trailers and attachments. Bike/kayak rack rental is on the forum; both types of rentals are done separately. Rental packages are available. Message for price list. Low rates.Festival-friendly unit with event fee’s based on the event. All events carry the standard required event fee except Burning man and Sturgis. The burning man has a larger deposit plus a class C surcharge. All events get paper goods for the entire trip for all guests, extra propane allowance, extra coolers, free final dirty dump, canopy if allowed, and so much more. We make sure you have what is permitted in the event. Please make sure to disclose if you are attending an event.Delivery is case by case, depending on schedule. For larger groups, we recommend Bell transportation. We are less than 15 miles from the airport and have a quick Uber/Lyft ride.When booking campsites for this unit, you will need 25ft, 30 amp, with no slide-outs.We do not accept any outside insurance.The items provided in Bear...and so much more

We are a retired Navy Seabee family with 5 kids that love to travel and camp when we can. Five things we can't live without are family, friends, RV camping, laughter, and exploring new places. One of our favorite RV travel destinations is the St. George / Hurricane KOA in Utah located a few minutes from Quail Creek State Park, which has an amazing lake great for swimming and kayaking. Sharing our RV is a way for us to share the wonderful memory making experiences with others!
