Our rental was easy to pickup, no problems with the car at all! It had everything we needed. Easy to assemble and breakdown. Jackie and his wife were amazing. They even gave us a ride to the airport at drop off. We had quick response time any time we had questions. Will definitely use them in the future. Very nice people!

Jackie was a great host. He communicated efficiently via messaging before the trip and at the end of our trip to arrange the drop-off. We used the Bronco Sport equipped for camping for our 10-day trip through California. In total, we drove over 2,500 miles and never had any issues with the car. We slept at 4 campgrounds and 2 Vista Points along the way. We utilized the roof tent at the campgrounds, which was very comfortable. When we stayed at Vista Points, we slept in the car, which was also very comfortable. We used the shower once at one of our campgrounds that did not have shower facilities. It was easy to use and came in handy! We had everything we needed for our trip and have fond memories of driving through national parks (Death Valley, Sequoia, Redwoods) and driving down CA-1. I highly recommend using Jackie as a host and planning your trip in one of his vehicles.

The Bronco pick-up location is conveniently located near the airport and when we arrived, the AC and fridge were already turned on to help us be more comfortable. It was impeccably clean and well stocked with the essentials for the trip. We drove up to the mighty 5 Utah parks and were impressed with how well the car drives and the ease of getting around with everything we needed. On our trip, we didn't cook or use the air mattress. We did use the shower, tent, sleeping bag, chairs, and the fridge as storage. Unfortunately, the generator went out on our trip so we weren't able to use the fridge to keep things as cool, but it did keep water and food cooler than leaving them in the car. It was easy to find camp sites for us to stay at in Utah and I loved the compactness of the Bronco. I would highly recommend to a couple or small group traveling. We decided to return the Bronco one day earlier than planned to stay at a hotel. This process was easy to coordinate and the person was kind to drop us off the hotel to prevent a ride-share cost. Thank you for making the process easy and enjoyable!

But we are appologizing that our employee didn't demonstrate to you how to turn on the generator when you picked up! Again, we appreciate your patience and understanding!

If you're even considering this, DO IT! This bronco had absolutely everything we needed for a perfect trip. The tent had a comfortable sleeping pad, and it kept us warm and dry even in 40 degree rainy nights. It was breezy during the day and easy to assemble on nights we got in late. We even had the option of an air matress inside but never needed it because of how much we loved the tent.
The car was clean and well organized with all the details we needed for our ten day mighty five trip. The host even had the oil changed right before our trip with full tank of gas and full water chambers. The kitchen set up has all the small ammenities from a can opener to a lighter and kitchen cooker. The battery pack was super helpful and you can recharge it on the road. Everyone we came across throughout the trip loved our setup.
The host Jackie is super friendly and accomodating and checked in with us to make sure everything went well. You can tell he put a lot of time and love into making the perfect setup. We would recommend this host and vehicle to any campers, especially first timers like us. Enjoy!
