We have crafted the details of all amenities that we have to offer.This Entegra Odyssey 25R has a Ford E450 engine that takes regular gas and drives like a truck. No special skills or license required! Trust me it is so easy to drive... You will feel comfortable behind the wheel right away, you can fill up and park pretty much anywhere you need, which is key to reducing stress on vacation.Our RV is equipped with top-of-the-line amenities and can accommodate up to 6 people. Enjoy the stunning views from the panoramic window located above the cab, which includes a queen bed. Don't forget to take in the majestic sunrise and sunset, and don't miss the opportunity to stargaze at night. Our RV also offers a cozy corner queen bed, a legless dream dinette that converts into a bed, and a spacious full bathroom. Relax in the reclining theatre seats while watching your favorite shows on the 50 inch LED TV. Plus, with a single slide out design, the living space dramatically expands when parked, providing plenty of room for the whole family. The RV also features a residential kitchen with a convection microwave oven and refrigerator. **When booking for Campsites: Please book a full hook up, 30 feet with 1 slide-out driver side,30 AMP.*Travel light - Pls pack your personal things in Duffle bags or Back packs,** CONS: We do not recommend bringing large, heavy luggage inside the RV as there is limited storage space and the wheels on luggage can potentially damage the interior. We suggest traveling light with backpacks or duffle bags. However, you are welcome to leave your luggage at our home as the RV has ample cabinet storage.Just bring personal belongings ,food and enjoy!!!!!Other things to noteWe will have a walk-through with you before you take our RV. I’ll also provide a rental manual for references, do’s and don’ts list to help out through your trip.At pick up- Pls allow and plan for 1- 1 1/2 hour orientation, for walk around, signing of contracts and to answer questions you may have.The awning is NOT fully covered by outdoorsy. ******Walkthrough and Training: When you pick up the RV, we will complete a pre-rental orientation of the RV that will take about 1-2 hours, depending on any prior experience you have with the RV. It takes time to do a thorough and complete walkthrough, so please plan accordingly.
****** No Refunds for Early Returns: If you return the RV early we do not refund the days you will not use. This includes if you have been in a motor vehicle accident with the RV; however, if MVA is not your fault you may be able to recover your rental costs from the at-fault driver’s liability insurance.
****** Fee for Late Returns: A fee of $100 per hour will be charged if the RV is returned later than the agreed-upon time. If the RV is returned after dark or while the owner is not home/unavailable, it will be checked in the next day, during daylight hours, and any applicable damages will be applied to your security deposit. Renter forfeits their right to complete a return walkthrough with the owner of the unit is returned at a time.
Example: 30-60 minutes late return $100 61-120 minutes late return will be $200
****** Travel Restrictions: No travel is allowed on any non-paved roadways like logging roads, forest service roads, beaches, etc. Driving on a non-paved road inside a licensed RV park is acceptable. Driving on unapproved roads will result in the forfeiture of your entire deposit.
****** Trip Destinations: Failure to accurately report your destination or giving a false destination to attend a prohibited or higher deductible event will result in the forfeiture and total loss of security deposit.
****** Tires: Tires of the RV have been inspected and checked, along with all other parts, before your rental period but if a tire seems low you can refill it with air.
During the rental, tires are the responsibility of the renter.
