Review summary
Responsive, communicative, and very helpful
Host (Minasse/Koichi) explained RV operations thoroughly, was flexible with pickup/dropoff, delivered RV to hotels, and handled issues courteously and reasonably.
Drives well in all conditions
RV is mechanically sound, comfortable, and handles high winds, blizzards, and unpaved roads. It is well-stocked with amenities like AC, heat, microwave, and grill.

5.0The RV was perfect. Being 1st time driver of an RV, I felt comfortable. Loved the little extras included in the rental. Will definitely rent again for next year’s camping trip if available

5.0Minassee was great to do business with. Very responsive, communicative and honest, even when things did not go according to plan and we needed to reach out to him while on the road. He is obviously committed to providing an exceptional, end-to-end, full service experience. His RV is well equipped and well-maintained mechanically. It handled well in high winds, a monsoon, a white-out blizzard and boondocking on unpaved roads as well as I-15. We had some minor damage during our trip and he handled that courteously, providing a quick and reasonable estimate for repairs post-return to which we readily agreed. We highly recommend Minassee and his Thor Freedome Elite coach.
