Super clean RV. Super nice people. They gave us towels, a couple fold out tables and chairs because we flew in. Definitely recommend

First time camping in an RV. Ton of fun. Pickup and drop off experience was great and the RV was super clean. Giving a low rating for two reasons.
1) I was surprised by the number of maintenance issues. Exterior water cap leaked when hooked up to water supply. Water pump worked but cycled nonstop (must have a leak in the system someplace) so we had to turn on/off anytime we needed to use the sink, toilet, etc. Cold water faucet in shower didn’t work making the shower inoperable during the trip.
2) given the above we asked for what we thought was a modest 5% refund since we ended up having to buy showers at a couple places. We never heard back from the rental company.
