- I keep my rig clean for your use and expect it returned generally as you found it (broom clean, all dishes cleaned, trash in a bag). I will charge $50/hr on top of the cleaning fee to bring it to this level.

- Black and Gray tanks must be emptied prior to return (or we are happy to empty your tanks on your behalf for a $50 charge). Please let me know if tanks need emptying when you return

- No bikes, motorcycles, canoes, kayaks or similar inside the rig or on top of the rig

- No climbing on roof

Dan was great to rent from. He was very knowledgeable and experienced with RVs. The RV was as advertised and well suited for a family trip to Oregon. Everything worked well and everyone had a great time. I highly recommend renting from Dan in the future.

This was my third trip in Dan's RV "Bubble". I had a couple of nights in SoCal with a good friend and Bubble ran smoothly and safely without a hitch. We were on full power, water and tank hook up in an RV park and it was a breeze to set up and settle in. Dan's RV has everything anyone can need and has oodles of room with a large refrigerator/freezer, 3 burner stove and pop out for plenty of floor space. Cannot recommend this RV highly enough! Thanks Dan

This was our second trip in "Bubble" and we loved it as much as our first trip. Bubble had some improvements, curtains worked smoothly and a couple of extra kitchen items which made it even more enjoyable. We strongly recommend Dan's RV to take you away to your 'safe from Covid destination. Dan is a real pro to deal with and all went smoothly. We have a third Bubble trip planned for early next year! Thanks Dan
