What's includedA home away from home! After a day of exploring, come "home" to a cozy space to relax. This brand new travel trailer has a bunk room, a queen-size bed, a sofa sleeper, and a dinette that converts to a full-size bed. It has 1 large flat-screen TV with HDMI hookup for movies or game consoles. It has a microwave, fridge, sink, and a gas range in the kitchen. The bunk room sleeps four with plenty of floor space to spread out.
The partial outdoor kitchen includes a flat top griddle & min fridge, an outdoor hose with an adjustable nozzle for after those muddy hikes, and Lots and Lots of storage so everything has a place.Peek season (April - September) nightly rate is $125 per night.
The off-season (October - March) nightly rate is $110 per night.The required prep fee includes everything you need to use the camper. All you need is your clothes, food, and drink. The main items that are included for up to six people (additional fee for extra linens, bedding, or towels) include- Sanitizing/Cleaning, Linens (pillows NOT included), Towels for 6, Propane, Water hose, Sewer Hose, RV Safe Toilet Paper, Kitchen Essentials: air fryer, crock pots, Keurig & more. 4 folding camp chairs included. Weight Distribution Hitch, etc. Please let us know if you have questions about a specific item or if you need additional supplies.Pet friendly with a $15 per pet fee prefers no more than 2 dogs.No Climbing on the roof. No Smoking in the unit. The powered awning is a non-insurable item via Outdoorsy. If the awning is broken upon return, the cost to repair will be taken out of the renter's deposit if the damages are more than the deposit. The renter will be responsible for the remainder. The awning should not be used if winds are higher than 12-15 MPH and brought in at night preferably.Weight distribution hitch with anti-sway will be provided. Your tow vehicle must have a 2" receiver, if it is larger you will need to provide an adapter. All you will need is a 7-pin connector for lights and trailer brakes. Delivery & set-up is available for an additional fee.All renters must empty the holding tanks before returning the camper or a $100 fee will be charged per tank.Other things to notePet friendly!
