At 19.5' (22' with the tongue) this camper is the perfect size to get into small campgrounds if you need to. It can be set up well for boon docking if you really want to get away. If you are at a site with 30 amp hookups then you will not need the electrical add-ons.
2. Draining Gray/Black tanks is a Requirement before return. Please take the time to do this - otherwise there is $200 cleaning fee charged at time of return.
3. There is a $100 interior cleaning fee if not returned in the same clean condition you received it. If the exterior is very muddy from extensive dirt road use I will charge an additional $200 cleaning fee.
4. A 2" Receiver, 7-pin trailer connection, and brake controller is required on your tow vehicle at pickup. Please also make sure that your vehicle is rated to tow the weights listed above. If you come with a vehicle that is unsafe to tow the trailer I will deny your departure.
