Other amenities include A/C (requires 30amp electrical), heat, hot water heater, shower, toilet, bathroom sink, double kitchen sink, three-burner stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer that runs on propane or electric, outdoor stove and shelf, and an outdoor shower! Entertainment includes a radio with CD player and cable tv hookup. We will NOT rent to anyone unwilling to purchase the Outdoorsy Insurance.
