3The RV was pretty well cleaned and perfect size for our family of four. Unfortunately, Brad did not hook the RV up to the sewer line. One of the main reasons we splurge on an RV is to be able to use the bathroom, shower, and do dishes without worrying about the storage tanks. I messaged him at 4:40 PM on Friday and then again multiple times throughout the weekend with no response. I finally received a response on Monday morning with OMG I’m so sorry. He took no responsibility for not hooking up the sewer line. Just claimed that the gauge wasn’t working and it shouldn’t have been full after three days. Of course it was not full because we quit using it because we did not want to risk it overflowing. Thank goodness nothing serious was wrong with the RV since we got zero communication all weekend. Although it was a nice RV, unfortunately, the lack of communication and hooking it up to the sewer line makes me give it a much lower rating. Hopefully moving forward, he will turn his notifications on because that’s what he claimed happened. He never received my message via notification.

5From start to finish Brad was fabulous. The RV was immaculate and had all the things we needed. We showed up at the same as him and he set everything up. It was so convenient for us to just unpack our stuff into the camper and start camping. Our weekend was amazing and we will 100% be renting from Brad again!

5Our rental experience with Brad was great! He was flexible and had everything up and running for us quickly. We had a question after 8PM one night and he responded immediately and got us situated. The RV was well stocked and clean. We really enjoyed our time and will not hesitate to rent from him again!

5Brad was amazing. We didn’t have the correct generator hook up but Brad had some extra connectors to ensure we had power to our RV. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend!
