1. General RulesDriver Requirements: Drivers must be 25+ years old and have a valid driver’s license.
Smoking Policy: No smoking inside the RV.
Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with no additional fee.
Maximum Occupancy: Up to 4 people (2 adults, 2 children).
2. Rental DetailsMinimum Rental: 2-night minimum.
Mileage: Unlimited miles included.
Fuel/Propane: Return with full fuel and propane. Charges apply for refueling/propane.
Prep Fee: A $50 prep fee covers cleaning, sanitizing, and stocking the RV.
3. Cleaning & ReturnInterior Cleaning: Return the RV tidy, free of trash/spills.
Exterior Cleaning: Optional, but excessive dirt may incur a fee.
Waste Disposal: Empty waste tanks before return to avoid cleaning charges.
Damage & InsuranceAccidents: Renters are responsible for all damage and fines.
Security Deposit: $500 refundable deposit for damages or late returns.
5. Additional EquipmentGenerator: Included for off-grid use (24-48 hrs). Return with full fuel.
Bluetooth Speakers: Return in working condition.
