Outside EntertainmentThis a NEW 2023 Forest River RV Georgetown 5 Series 36B5 (gas)! Touchscreen panel, includes passenger workstation so you can work remote on the road. Starting with the two full bathrooms, one of which creates a master suite. Inside the master suite, you will find a 72" x 80" king bed slide across from a dresser with a 32" LED TV and wardrobes on either side, as well as access to the full rear bathroom which has a shower with a seat and a wardrobe that is prepped to add an optional washer and dryer. The set of bunk beds are conveniently across from the second full bathroom which has an angled shower, perfect for families or multiple guests. As if that wasn't enough sleeping spaces, there is also a 42" x 80" P2K Euro loft power bunk over cab and the Dream Dinette and hide-a-bed sofa can also transform into extra sleeping spaces. Includes Thomas Payne theater seating with heat and massage for a truly relaxing evening in front of the 40" LED TV!
Solid surface kitchen countertops and Precision Circuits Multiplex w/ wireless technology will have you feeling right at home. The color side and rear cameras help to prevent any dings or bumps while you travel, and the automatic hydraulic leveling jacks will keep your unit leveled where ever you set up. Includes outdoor entertainment, pass through storage and multiple storage units.What's included-We provide a full RV kitchen setup including pots and pans, plates, all silverware, cutting board, knives (including steak knives), serving utensils, etc.
-We provide drying rack, outside floor mat, toaster, and water kettle; basically everything you will need in the kitchen except for your food.
-We provide towels for 8 people and sheets and pillows for all the beds.
-We provide at least 4 camping chairs and a folding table for outdoor living use.
-There are tools in the unit for setup, roadside tire changes, checking tire pressure, and torqueing the lug nuts.
-The camper will be extremely clean when you get it. We provide a sanitary cleaning of the camper after it returns/before you pick it up. All we ask is that you do your dishes, strip the beds, dump the tanks, and return everything where you found it. We'll take care of the rest.Key Rules of the RV:
- Keep in mind, there is NO Smoking in or near the RV
- Pups are welcome with prior approval! We have an invisible pup policy - this means you won't see any sign of pets in our coaches. Your furry friends may be welcome, but their hair, paw prints, and any other signs of their residency must be thoroughly cleaned before you return. Any deep cleaning by our crews to remove fur or other signs of pets will be charged to the renter.
- Damage, as always, will be the renter's responsibility.Pick-up times:
Please choose a pick up time at time of reservation and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Saturdays are by appointment only. Unless there is an extenuating circumstance, we are not open on Sundays.
Of course, if you have any issues on a Sunday during a rental, we'll answer your call! Please plan on 1 hour for pick up. We'll go over everything and make sure you're comfortable before setting you off on your adventure. Other things to notePets welcome with security deposit $250. $50 per additional dog.

5Tommy and Cody together were great hosts and were very patient in dealing with us unknowledgeable RV users. Their RV is top notch and drives like a beauty with more than enough storage to carry all the unnecessary camping gear this city kid needed. They were very responsive to our calls so don't be like me and spend hours trying to figure out how something works on your own when simply calling them will solve your issue in 5 seconds. 10/10 would recommend.
